Chasing “success” was the best way to describe my life. And, my hunger for it led me to some pretty impressive job titles and allowed me to meet some great people. But, fancy job titles were never enough to make me feel fulfilled or truly happy, and I was always looking for answers to bigger questions. Some of the past positions that I held:

- Senior Advisor for the European Commission in Silicon Valley
- Strategy Consultant for Ernst & Young and last, but certainly not least…

Waking up….
Shortly after the market crash in 2009, I met my Spiritual Advisor, SadhguruJaggiVasadev at a conference. In 2010, after much deep thought and meditation, I experienced my spiritual awakening and I made the choice to completely change my life. I decided to move to India to live with the Monks and Sages. This was an amazing experience that rooted and deepened my spirituality and allowed me to truly connect with my Higher Self.
When I returned to the states from India, I felt the calling to start teaching Meditation and Yoga. And, I chose to start by helping the homeless and those going through addiction recovery in the San Francisco community.
It was a long and arduous journey returning to the states to share my experiences in exploring consciousness and its ability to transform the world we live and work in today, but the feeling of fulfillment I got from doing it is something I’ve never experienced before!
So far, I’ve had the pleasure and honor of teaching Yoga, Mindfulness, Meditation, and Conscious Business to the US House of Representatives, the US Senate, USPS, and Nestle, to name a few. And, I would like to help you and your employees next!

I bring 15 years of Executive Experience together with my Spiritual Awakening to offer Corporate Meditation, Conscious Business and Leadership Coaching. Sharing the Ancient tools for personal transformation that have helped me completely transform my life.
I offer an approach to connect us to our best whole self and live a life free from Anxiety, Burnout, and Overwhelm. My Daily Routine begins with 5am Wakeup, followed by Meditation, Breathwork, Yoga about 2.5 – 3 hours each morning. This and other simple shifts in our daily life can make a huge difference in the way we approach our life and find clarity and purpose leading to increased impact, purpose and passion for a lifetime.

A different approach
I blend Corporate Management and Mindful Compassion to produce a unique and powerful experience that transforms teams that are experiencing anxiety, overwhelm, burnout, and other issues that negatively affect productivity. Distractions and things holding us back are everywhere and come from both external sources and within. How often do you take time to simply sit and connect deeply with the wisdom of your Higher Self? How connected does your body feel to your mind?
